Intro - What is Industrial Centralized Water Filtration System?

Delcol's stainless steel (SS) and FRP industrial centralized water filtration system is an industrial-leading water filtration system designed and custom-made-and-engineered (tailoring clients' needs) to provide efficient point-of-entry source for many type of buildings and manufacturing plants. We ensure that the system is custom-built upon procure confirmation in order to maintain its quality and have a lasting life-span perfected with well-calculated-and-proportioned multi-media filtration layer. This efforts will result in the water that flows out from the filtration system is clean, crystal, and clear in line with World Health Organization (WHO) and Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) industrial requirements.

 

Delcol industrial centralized water filtration system series set the industry high in standard for operating performance, vessel endurance and backwashing efficiency. The main purpose of this vessel is to filter and remove unwanted particles, organic and floating contaminants, by utilizing the types of filter media that are customizable to meet customers’ needs.

Delcol Industrial water filtration vessel comes with multi-media filtration system which consists of six layers of different filter medias as mentioned below. Contaminants and chlorine will be removed when water goes through the filtration process.


1. Manganese Green Sand

  • to remove rust, hydrogen sulfide, manganese and iron in the water.

2. Activated Carbon (Granular)/Anthracite

  • to remove chlorine and repulsive smell.

3. Fine Silica Filter

  • to remove dirt, sediment and particles in water with size up to 5 microns.

4. Medium Silica Filter

  • to remove dirt, sediment and particles in water with size up to 5 microns.

5. Coarse Silica Filter

  • to remove dirt, sediment and particles in water with size up to 5 microns.

6. Gravel Filter

  • a supporting structure to filter beds to prevent fine sand from entering the water supply through the bottom of the strainer and provide space to collect filtered water.
